During my 6-week Mind & Body After Baby Workshop, we’re going to talk about body rehabilitation and I’ll teach you how to strengthen your body from the inside out, plus learn how to manage any emotional ups and downs with a homeopathic Flower Essence Remedy that I created specifically for mamas.
I created this Flower Essence with you in mind to help you feel more peace, joy, and to alleviate any emotional ups and downs.
You’ll receive a 1/2 oz bottle of this formula to take 3 times a day.
You’ll also receive a Thera-band and home exercise sheets so that you can continue strengthening throughout the week.
You’re also going to learn about the energetics of the pelvis and what is has to do with how you show up in the world.

I was introduced to Pilates while pregnant with my twin daughters.
19 months later, while pregnant with my third daughter, I began my Pilates instructor training course. If I hadn’t had this knowledge and method to restrengthen my body after two Cesarean Sections, today I could be experiencing neck pain, back pain or worse, organ prolapse.
I’ve interviewed hundreds of moms and what I’ve learned is that most women were not given any direction about how to rehabilitate after giving birth or after having a cesarean section surgery.
What I love about Pilates is that it is gentle and can be tailored to meet a body’s specific needs. With a focus on proper body alignment, breathing, and concentrated movement, we can create amazing mind and body improvements.
During this 6-week workshop, we will gradually rebuild your abdominal strength, relieve aches, stretch tight muscles, plus set goals for our time together, all while connecting with a group of loving sisters who will support you along the way.
