I’ve worked with Natalie for the past year in a physical therapy clinic. She has a sharp eye and an attention-to-detail that make her invaluable as a Pilates Instructor. I have always felt confident sending my patients to her as they continue their process of recovery and return to full function. I have seen her work with beginners who are just starting to embrace Pilates, as well as those who are well into their Pilates practice. In each case, Natalie can tailor the instruction to fit the client’s needs. She challenges them at their level, and encourages progress gently and compassionately. I have also seen her take on fragile clients, and her patience and compassion shine in these cases. I always appreciate her collaboration on client care, where her expertise often educates me.
Natalie’s sense of humor, easy smile, and general positive outlook on life give you the sense that she is very relaxed. Don’t let that fool you!!! She is a challenging instructor. She doesn’t let you get away with giving less than what you can, and knows how to take the client to the next level safely and with a smile.
I have also worked with Natalie as a client myself. Her insight, knowledge of the body, and keen eye helped my own body awareness in our very first session. Each time we have worked together she has challenged me in new and different ways, expanding my own practice and leaving me wondering how she found those muscles! I literally have thanked her for making my muscles ache (in a good way).
Natalie will challenge you, keep you safe, guide your progress, probably make you find muscles you didn’t know you had, and make you laugh while doing it. I highly recommend her to all levels of Pilates clients!
