I have also worked with Natalie as a client myself. Her insight, knowledge of the body, and keen eye helped my own body awareness in our very first session. Each time we have worked together she has challenged me in new and different ways, expanding my own practice and leaving me wondering how she found those muscles! I literally have thanked her for making my muscles ache (in a good way).

Natalie will challenge you, keep you safe, guide your progress, probably make you find muscles you didn’t know you had, and make you laugh while doing it. I highly recommend her to all levels of Pilates clients!
